The fruits of this lovely strain are 8 inches in diameter and weigh between 3 to 4 pounds. The dark green rind is furrowed with light green stripes with a turban cap. The flesh tastes dry and sweet with a fine grain and less fiber than many other winter squashes. A truly beautiful squash.
