A cutting celery that was the progeny of Redventure and Parcel. Produces beautiful thin red stems with dark green frilly leaves. Used similar to parsley, cutting celery imparts a wonderful aroma and flavor to dishes and salads. Also can be used as a stirring straw for Bloody Marys, or atop fried eggs. It can be viewed like a cutting herb more than traditional celery. Repeat harvests into winter.
