Annual (tender Perennial). Named for its characteristic of blooming after 4pm, four o’clock grows and flowers almost anywhere including hot, windy spots. Excellent as an annual hedge. Where ground never freezes, tubers are perennial. Reseeds freely. Wonderful in barrels, tubs, or other large containers
